(Providence, RI) -- Rhode Island State Police are announcing the arrest of a Providence man in connection to a pair of highway shootings in 2017. Anthony Jackson is accused of being involved in separate road rage incidents involving shots fired at cars on Route 146 near I-295 in July and on the Route 6 onramp in Providence in October. No injuries were reported in either incident. Jackson is scheduled to be arraigned in district court on Wednesday.
