(Providence, RI) -- A former Cranston man is being sentenced to 125 years in prison for child molestation and child abuse. State Attorney General Peter Kilmartin says Jonathan Phillips, more recently of Hampton Bays, New York, was sentenced in Superior Court last week after he was convicted by a Providence County Superior Court jury in May. Prosecutors said Phillips molested his stepdaughter and his niece on multiple occasions, and they were ten-years-old at the time.
