(Bristol, RI) -- New details are out regarding the fatal bicycle-versus-motor-vehicle accident in Bristol on Tuesday. "The Herald News" in Fall River is citing sources other than police who say the name of the six-year-old boy who was killed is Mason Sterne of Somerset, Massachusetts. The boy was reportedly riding his bike with his parents and two sisters when he was hit by a motorist on the East Bay Bicycle Path. The Rhode Island Department of Transportation says it's looking into whether additional safety measures need to be taken at the intersection where the accident happened.
