(Boston, MA) -- A hearing over a lawsuit filed by the ACLU which argues the federal government policy of having married immigrants arrested violates federal rules continued on Tuesday. Lillian Calderon, who is from Guatemala and lives in Rhode Island, is the lead plaintiff in the case. She was detained by ICE in January for nearly a month. The hearing is expected to stretch into a third day on Wednesday.
