(Newport, RI) -- A Newport home formerly owned by former Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan is off the market. Gustave White Sotheby's International Reality announced yesterday the "Casa Del Sole" property on Hammersmith Road sold for just under four-million dollars. Kwan and her now ex-husband, Clay Pell, purchased the mansion in 2014 for one-and-a-half-million dollars, according to city records. A Sotheby's official tells The Newport Daily News that Kwan and Pell never actually lived in the house.
