(Undated) -- The remnants of Hurricane Florence brought mostly lightning and thunder and some rain to Rhode Island yesterday. Meteorologists said Burrillville got the most rain, but Rhode Island's totals paled in comparison to the ones registered in Massachusetts. Video from The Providence Journal showed a manhole cover lifted by flooding outside of the Rhode Island Convention Center. A Westerly man told WJAR-TV he was hurt by a lightning strike in Westerly.
