Cicilline Wants Answers From Google

(Undated) -- Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline is asking Google's CEO to answer questions about data collection practices on YouTube. Cicilline and Republican Congressman Jeff Fortenberry of Nebraska sent a letter to CEO Sundar Pichai last week following a Federal Trade Commission complaint filed by privacy and advocacy groups suggesting YouTube collects and shares the personal data of millions of children. The two U.S. representatives said parents should have confidence their children are safe online and that tech giants like Google are respecting their privacy.
