(Providence, RI) -- Friday is the second day of the school bus driver strike in Providence. A 13-year-old student who normally rides the bus reportedly received minor leg injuries when she was hit by a car in the city yesterday. In addition to disrupting students going to school, the strike is affecting student-athletes and is expected to have an impact on this weekend's football games. Some other sporting events have already been canceled.
