(Providence, RI) -- Providence police say the driver of a landscaping truck that was reportedly involved in a fatal three-vehicle accident on Monday morning is facing charges. Police identified the victim of the crash at Atwells Avenue and Valley Street as city resident Frank Perry Jr. The driver of the landscape truck is a 25-year-old who is under police guard at Rhode Island Hospital, pending formal charges, according to a Providence Police Department spokesperson.
