(Undated) -- The weather focus on Friday is on the remnants of former Hurricane Michael as they move northeast. Southern Rhode Island could see more than an inch of rain today, and Block Island could get up to two-and-a-half inches, according to the National Weather Service. All of the state is under a Flash Flood Watch. Rhode Island and Block Island sounds are under a Gale Warning for 15-to-25-knot winds and gusts up to 35 knots, as well as four-to-seven-foot seas.
