(Providence, RI) -- There are three major spending questions for voters to consider today. Question 1 is a 250-million-dollar bond request to fix aging school buildings in the state. Question 2, if answered affirmatively, would borrow 70-million dollars for upgrades to the University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College. Question 3 would authorize a little more than 47-million dollars for a variety of environmental, water and recreational projects.
