Voters Approve Bond Questions

(Undated)  --  Rhode Island voters backed several bond issues on Tuesday.  The biggest one was a 250-million-dollar request for repairs to schools.  Another bond that was supported was for 70-million dollars to remodel the University of Rhode Island's Narragansett Bay campus and Rhode Island College's Feinstein School of Education and Human Development.  And, voters approved Question 3, which will authorize about 47-million dollars in borrowing for environmental and recreation projects.
