(Pawtucket, RI) -- Police have arrested twelve people in an effort to crack down on prostitution in Pawtucket. A joint investigation by the Pawtucket and Central Falls departments was launched after complaints were received about illegal activity on Broad Street. Six women were arrested on a charge of prostitution and six men were charged with procurement of sexual conduct for a fee.
