(North Scituate, RI) -- Another two-dozen people are being charged with food stamp and public assistance fraud in Rhode Island. State police reports indicate the twenty-four individuals arrested on Wednesday defrauded the state out of nearly fifty-thousand dollars' worth of benefits. State police announced twenty food stamp fraud arrests this past summer.
