(Warwick, RI) -- After the Woodbury Union Church in Warwick was destroyed in a fire last week, another church is welcoming the displaced congregants. Woodbury Union held its first service since the fire on Sunday at Saint Benedict's church, also in Warwick. Woodbury pastor T.J. DeMarco told WLNE-TV it's unusual for a Protestant congregation to meet at a Catholic church. DeMarco says the old church will be knocked down and re-built. Police are investigating the fire as possible arson.
