Marking the occasion at Twin River Casino in Lincoln on Monday, Rhode Island House Speaker Nicholas Mattiello, Senate President Dominick Ruggerio and Twin River Worldwide Holdings chairman John Taylor Jr. all placed twenty-dollar bets on the Boston Celtics. The C's beat the New Orleans Pelicans, 124-to-107.
