(Johnston, RI) -- Recent rain and snow are causing significant flooding problems in one part of Johnston. Some residents in the Belfield Drive neighborhood say they can't drive their vehicles through the multiple inches of water that are covering the road. This neighborhood was beset by historic flooding in 2010. Engineers from the state Department of Transportation are looking into it.
