(Cranston, RI) -- The Cranston School Committee apparently doesn't have the appetite for unpaid school lunches anymore, so it's asking a collection agency to get involved. A letter sent to parents by Cranston Public Schools officials says the company, Transworld Systems, will start collection efforts next month. The unpaid balance for school lunches is nearly 46-thousand dollars, according to the school district, which says over 95-thousand dollars in unpaid lunches was written off previously.
