(Providence, RI) -- The Providence Board of Licenses won't be reviewing the status of the Foxy Lady in 2018. The Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation ruled on Monday that the strip club, which had all of its licenses pulled after several prostitution arrests, could get a liquor license re-established but not before meeting with the Providence license board to go over a business and security plan. The city board's chair tells The Providence Journal that the Foxy Lady is on the agenda for a January 3rd meeting.
