(Providence, RI) -- A man was listed in critical condition at Rhode Island Hospital on Thursday after an alleged drunk driving incident involving a food truck in Providence last weekend. The Providence Journal reports Desire Seales was arrested after her SUV slammed into the food truck parked at Prairie and Thurbers avenues, which caused the victim to be pinned underneath a wheel of the truck. Four employees inside were reportedly also injured by boiling cooking oil being splashed on them. Seales was arraigned in district court on Monday on charges including DUI and causing serious bodily injury.
