(Providence, RI) -- The names of the woman who was stabbed to death and the suspect in the case in Providence are being released. The woman was Rachael Rene, who was apparently home with her eight-month-old baby when Louis Motta allegedly killed her, according to the Providence Police Department. Police said Motta walked into a police substation on Tuesday and told them he killed his girlfriend. It was revealed yesterday that Rene had taken out a restraining order against him.
