(Kansas City, MO) -- It's back to the Super Bowl for the third year in a row for the New England Patriots. The Pats won a back-and-forth dramatic conference championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night, 37-to-31 in overtime. New England is facing the opponent it beat to win its first Super Bowl, the Rams, who previously played in St. Louis but moved back to Los Angeles in 2016. The Patriots and Rams meet again on February 3rd in Atlanta.
