(Undated)--The Rhode Island Department of Transportation is announcing a pair of traffic advisories.RIDOT has announced the start of the second phase of construction for the Victory Highway Bridge, which carries about nine-thousand vehicles per day on Route 102 over I-95 in West Greenwich.Starting Wednesday, RIDOT says traffic on Route 102 North will be shifted to the new northbound bridge, followed by traffic on Route 102 South on Thursday.Also, the transportation department says it will implement a detour for a portion of Route 117 East in Warwick starting next Monday to provide a safe work zone as part of reconstruction of the Centerville Road Bridge, which carries Route 117 over Route 2 near the West Warwick line.
