(Hopkinton, RI)--A former Boy Scouts assistant chaplain is being charged with sexual assault.Rhode Island State Police reported the arrest of James Glawson of Exeter on Friday.Detectives reportedly received a sexual assault complaint filed on behalf of an 18-year-old disabled man.Police say Glawson served as a chaplain at the St. John Bosco Chapel at Yawgoog Scout Reservation in Hopkinton, and is also affiliated with St. Bernard Church in North Kingstown and the Immaculate Conception Church in Westerly.An investigation is ongoing, with help from the Catholic Diocese of Providence and the Boy Scouts of America.
