(Providence, RI)--The city of Providence is announcing that feminine hygiene products are being provided for free in four public schools.Mayor Jorge Elorza and other officials said yesterday that the pilot program started last week at Hope High School, Classical High School, and Delsesto and Greene middle schools.Elorza said no students should have to limit their education or miss school activities because they are menstruating.
