(Providence, RI)--Governor Gina Raimondo is creating a commission to examine the efficiency of state government.Raimondo signed an executive order establishing the panel on Thursday, saying the state has an obligation to ensure government services come at the best possible value for taxpayers.Raimondo's budget proposal charges the commission to find at least ten-million dollars in savings.The group is being chaired by Rhode Island Department of Administration director Michael DiBiase.
