(Undated)--Rhode Island movie enthusiasts will have some local rooting interests for the Academy Awards this weekend.Most noteworthy is Green Brook, which is nominated for five categories, including Best Picture.Director Peter Farrelly, who has used Rhode Island in previous films that he has made with his brother, told The Providence Journal in a recent interview that he will thank the entire state if any awards are won on Sunday.Brown University alum Betsy West, Brown professor RaMell Ross and Brown student Charlotte Silverman are all nominees for films in the documentary category.
