(Undated)--Rhode Island and the rest of Southern New England are under a High Wind Warning from the National Weather Service until 7:00 this evening.Winds out of the west are expected to be sustained from 20 to 30 miles per hour, with gusts up to 60.Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines, widespread power outages are expected, and travel will be difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles, according to the weather service.
