(Providence, RI)--Providence police are investigating after a teenager and a young child were injured by gunfire last night.Authorities say the two were in a car on Pleasant Valley Parkway-slash-Dean Street when the shooting happened at around 9:30 p.m.Police say the 18-year-old man is in stable condition at Rhode Island Hospital, while the two-year-old boy suffered a minor foot injury and was taken to Hasbro Children's Hospital.
