(Providence, RI)--A pair of state lawmakers could face discipline after one apparently voted on behalf of the other.State representative John Lombardi was marked present for Wednesday's floor session and voted in favor of several bills, but he was not at the State House and fellow state rep Raymond Hull said he voted for him at the request of Lombardi, who said he was outside.Lombardi claimed he had to leave to deal with a broken insulin pump.House Speaker Nicholas Mattiello directed Lombardi's votes to be stricken, and House rules say the speaker may refer the matter to the Rules Committee to investigate.
