(Undated)--Rhode Island State Police report eleven people were arrested for DUI over St. Patrick's Day weekend.Police say one of the arrested individuals, Hector Martin Rodriguez of Providence, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Monday for allegedly going the wrong way on Route 6 and then on Interstate 295.Police allege that another driver, Francesco Rizzo of Warwick, drove at a speed of 105 miles per hour on I-95 in Providence before they made an arrest late Saturday night.
