(Providence, RI)--Rhode Island officially has its new Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education.The state education department yesterday announced the confirmation of Angelica Infante-Green.She's expected to start the job at the end of April.Infante-Green comes from the New York State Education Department and is known for her focus on English language learners.
