(Cranston, RI)--Warwick Mayor Joseph Solomon is being disciplined by the state regulatory board on which he sits.The Motor Vehicle Dealers License and Hearing Board on Wednesday held a hearing and gave Solomon a warning for potential violations connected to his car dealership, Legal Motors, including irregular hours of operation and not having a sign up saying it's open.Solomon's attorney blamed the hours issue on the emergency of him taking over as mayor last year.Solomon refused a previous request from Governor Gina Raimondo's office to resign to avoid any appearance of impropriety, but he did recuse himself from the board during yesterday's hearing.
