(Providence, RI)--Even though it has not been implicated, Brown University says it will review its admissions process in the wake of the college admissions bribery scandal.University president Christina Paxson sent an email on Tuesday to the Brown community saying the scandal has raised questions about the integrity of the admissions process at selective schools.She said the goal is for a committee to present its findings in the fall.Paxson also responded to several recent instances of alleged preferential treatment, including invitation-only dinners for well-connected students, saying such activity is corrosive to the community.
