(Buffalo, NY)--Providence College is coming up short in its quest for its second-ever men's hockey championship.The Friars lost by a score of 4-to-1 on Thursday to last year's winner, Minnesota Duluth, in the opener of the NCAA Division 1 Frozen Four.PC won its only championship in 2015 against Boston University.Had they won yesterday, it would have been another all-Southern New England final, as UMass advanced in the other semifinal over Denver.
