Two Women Arrested In Foxy Lady Prostitution Case Enter Pleas

(Providence, RI)--Two women who were accused of offering sex to undercover police detectives at the Foxy Lady strip club in Providence in December are entering no-contest pleas to misdemeanor prostitution charges.Neish Rivera has been sentenced to six months of probation, while Melissa McNeely has had her case end in a one-year filing, which means the case will be dismissed if she stays out of trouble.Rivera is also facing a charge of conspiring to steal a Boston policeman's gun in an unrelated matter.A case against a third woman, Lindsay Hoffman, is still pending.
