(Providence, RI)--A new portrait of former mayor and current Congressman David Cicilline is hanging in Providence City Hall.The official mayoral portrait was unveiled on Sunday for Cicilline, who served two terms as mayor from 2003 to 2011.He was commended for moving Providence past the corruption associated with previous mayor Buddy Cianci.
