(Wakefield, RI)--The South Kingstown Police Department is charging a woman with not offering assistance to a drug overdose victim.First responders found the victim on February 25th and transported the individual to South County Hospital for treatment after administering Narcan, according to the police department.Authorities say they determined Julia Martin had been using fentanyl with the victim and left the subject.
