(Undated)--Rain and wind are expected to impact Rhode Island through Sunday night.The National Weather Service says widespread rain with embedded heavier showers along with potential thunderstorms will cause flooding of small rivers and streams as well as urban and low-lying poor drainage areas in northwest Providence and west Kent counties.Forecasters also say strong southerly onshore winds may combine with astronomical high tides to cause minor coastal flooding during successive high tides.
