Remains Of WW2 Pilot From Rhode Island Being Returned

(Undated)--A Rhode Island native who was a pilot in World War Two is getting a home burial.First Lieutenant John Crouchley died in a crash near Churen, Bulgaria.His remains were discovered in 2017.The Rhode Island National Guard says Crouchley's remains are expected to arrive at T.F. Green Airport on Thursday, public calling hours at Smith-Mason Funeral Home in Riverside will take place on Friday and a private funeral on Saturday at the North Burial Grounds in Bristol.Crouchley will receive several medals posthumously.
