(Cranston, RI)--An ACI correctional officer is being charged with having sex with inmates.The Rhode Island State Police says Collins Umoh of Warwick engaged in sexual relations with several female inmates over a two-year period.The RISP says Umoh was arrested on Tuesday and arraigned in Providence Superior Court.He has been placed on administrative leave.
