(Woonsocket, RI)--A teacher contract standoff is concluding in Woonsocket.The Valley Breeze reports the Woonsocket School Committee and the teachers' union both approved a three-year deal on Wednesday.The two sides had been in talks for over a year; teachers declared work-to-rule status last summer, and that has been in place since, but officials say teachers will go back to normal starting today.
