(Providence, RI)--A patient of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Providence is being convicted of assaulting a VA Medical Center police officer.The U.S. Justice Department says Don Civitarese of North Attleboro, Massachusetts was arrested on March 2nd, 2018 after assaulting one officer and falling on another during an altercation.Civitarese was apparently upset that medication he requested was not being immediately dispensed.He is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
