(Boston, MA) --More details are out about the shocking fatal shooting of a cab driver in Boston, allegedly at the hands of a Pawtucket man.Prosecutors say Phillip Foy shot Luckinson Oruma as many as nine times during a carjacking on Tuesday after Oruma apparently refused to give him a ride to Mansfield, Massachusetts, and fired more shots while he was on the ground.Police said Foy confessed to the crime when he was arrested.
