(Warwick, RI)--The Warwick woman arrested in connection to the death of a special-needs child in her care earlier this year is now being charged with manslaughter in the case.On Wednesday, a state grand jury indicted Michele Rothgeb, who was initially charged with cruelty or neglect of a child.Nine-year-old Zahnae Rothgeb was found not breathing in a bathtub in Rothgeb's house in the Oakland Beach section of Warwick in January.The state's Office of the Child Advocate is still investigating the death.
