(Providence, RI)--No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made after gunshots were fired at PVD Fest in downtown Providence late Saturday night.Multiple media outlets have shown cell phone video depicting someone firing shots into the air in the area of Washington and Union Streets, causing everyone nearby to scatter.PVD Fest concluded yesterday without any further major incidents.
