(Providence, RI)--The Rhode Island State Police says it has arrested the president of the Rhode Island chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle club.State police say Joseph Lancia, of Greenville, was arrested for felony assault yesterday afternoon as part of an investigation of reported shots fired near the biker gang's clubhouse in Providence.Lancia is scheduled to be arraigned in District Court in Providence today.
