It’s possible to cheat on an open book exam.
That scary but true fact came to light after 10 police recruits in Philadelphia opted to go that route. One recruit “obtained” the answers to the exam and gave them to nine others in the class. One almost cop that showed he’s a natural for the job turned them in.
Before the internal investigation was complete, the 10 recruits resigned. Apparently they didn’t understand what an OPEN book exam is.
