(Woonsocket, RI)--Twelve people are being charged as part of a federal drug-trafficking investigation in Woonsocket.The U.S. Justice Department says it was looking into the movement of fentanyl, cocaine and crack cocaine on the streets of the city and that three alleged trafficking conspiracies were dismantled yesterday.Nine new arrests were made, according to the DOJ.
