Twin River Accused Of Withholding Crime Info

(Lincoln, RI)--The National Labor Relations Board is scheduling a hearing in October for a case against Twin River Casino. The NLRB says it has received an unfair labor complaint that the casino withheld records of crimes committed against patrons, vendors and other guests. The union representing clerks, cashiers and other employees of the casino had requested the information in the name of employee safety. A Twin River spokesperson says the casino isn't surprised by the timing of the accusation since it is in the middle of union negotiations, but that it will fully cooperate with any investigation.
